About Us

Hello, I’m Diane Norton, the face behind LewisandClarkTrail.com.
From 2007 to 2024, I proudly served as the Tourism Manager for the State of Idaho—an experience that deepened my passion for history, storytelling, and meaningful travel. As a lifelong travel enthusiast, I’ve had the joy of sharing my love for motorcycling, historic destinations, and epic adventures across the American landscape.

This website is a labor of love and a tribute to the spirit of exploration. I invite you to join me in discovering the people, places, and stories that make the Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail such a powerful journey.

Below is a timeline of our work and milestones. I hope to connect with you somewhere along the Trail!
